Derrik Lee Ratliff's Obituary
The legacy left by Derrik Lee Ratliff cannot be summed up in mere words (at least not by just me). Derrik was a loving son to Carol and Ken Cook. He was an awesome father to Skye Elizabeth Ratliff, Austin Lee Ratliff, and Chase Parker Ratliff. He was a proud grandpa (Papa) to Ryleigh Jane. He was the best husband and friend to Kimberly Michelle Ratliff. He worked hard and made many friends. He loved life and everyone that came in contact to him loved and respected him.
Derrik was the type of person that will be remembered and pass on in the story of someone's life to another so that his life will be remembered by everyone. I know that is true for me. There is not one day that goes by that I don't think of him and know how blessed I am to have had him in my life. I just rather it was much longer.
I will share my story of how Derrik and I first met and I welcome everyone to share their favorite "Derrik Story" that is the Legacy of Derrik Ratliff.
