Jeanne Ellen Jamison  (Celebration of Life)

Jeanne, the daughter of Manuel (Jack) and Mary Lopes De Rose was born and raised in Hanford California.  There she met and married her high school sweetheart Don Jamison.

Jeanne and Don were married for 60 years, when he passed away in 2005.They had lived in Sacramento since 1963, where Jeanne continued to reside.

Jeanne is survived by her children and their spouses: Donald Jr. /Steffany Jamison and Mary /Manuel Rios. She was VaVa to her grandchildren and their spouses: Brent/Cyndi Jamison, Eric/ Laurie Jamison, and Ryan/Lea Smith and was Great Vava to her seven wonderful great grandchildren: Cate, Jack, Chloe & Quinn Jamison and Gavin & Brooklyn Smith and Katelyn Churchill.

In 1946 the marriage of Jeanne and Don was considered culturally progressive; thus, over the years they taught the values of humanity, including acceptance, kindness, and the importance of family & friends.

Jeanne loved being a stay-at-home mom and filled her life with love of family, friends, books, theater & bridge. She was a positive influence on all who were fortunate enough to know her and will always be in our hearts and loved.
