Micheal was a dedicated truck driver for Budweiser in Honolulu for nearly three decades. He took pride in providing for his family and living a life grounded in hard work and perseverance.
Beyond his career, Micheal had a true passion for life and entrepreneurship. He proudly operated his food truck, The Famous Psychedelic Shack Café, where he became known for his signature pulled pork sandwich topped with coleslaw and his special homemade sauce. He had a gift for bringing people together through food, laughter, and conversation.
Micheal enjoyed riding his motorcycle, working on his vehicles, and cruising the island in his Corvette or Slingshot, embracing the beauty of Hawaii. He loved barbecuing on the beach and was an avid sports fan.
Micheal is survived by his mother, Constance (Marable) Reed, who, at 93 years old, continues to embody strength, faith, and enduring love.
He was preceded in death by his father, John Otis Marable Sr.; his stepfather, Obie Reed; his son, Rondell Miles; and his siblings Sandra Michelle Marable, David Phillips, Bennett Marable; and his sister-in-law, Karen Marable.
He was the proud father of Charles Marable Sr. (Krystal), Tamyra Marable; and, from his marriage to Bridgit (Marable) Donaldson, Michael Marable Jr., Michel'le Marable, and Nicholas Marable Sr. (Leni).
He was a devoted grandfather to eight grandchildren: DeAndre Prum-Miles, Asani "Ivan" Miles, Ariyah Marable, Nicholas Marable Jr., Sean Marable, Maximus Marable, Aaliyah Marable, and Charles Marable Jr.
He is also survived by his siblings Constance Dunson (Dunn), John Otis Marable Jr. (Felicia), Rodney Maurice Marable, Senorita Sullivan, Darlene White, Chana Miller, Angela Fain (Keenan), Raythion Marable, Aieshya Reynolds, Otis Lee Reynolds, Roderick Taggart, and Sylvester Reed, along with a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
A Celebration of Life service will be held on Saturday, March 7, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. with Hawaii Ash Scatterings in Honolulu, Hawaii.
Per Micheal's wishes, his ashes will be placed in the sea off Magic Island Lagoon.
He will be deeply missed, forever honored, and always remembered. His legacy of love, strength, and resilience will live on in the hearts of all who knew him.
