Susan Lynn nee Bunger Andreas, age 60 of Maryville, IL., born June 15, 1953 in Rochelle, IL, passed away Monday October 7, 2013 at her residence. Susan graduated from Oregon High School, Oregon, IL. She retired as an administrative assistant for the Triad High School District #2. Susan loved traveling, gardening, being outdoors, visiting the Missouri Botanical Gardens, the Island of Kauai, and especially enjoyed spending time with her family and grandchildren. She was a member of the Troy United Methodist Church. She is survived by her husband, Michael E. Andreas, whom she married on May 20, 1972; son, Bryan (Carrie) Andreas of Edwardsville, IL; daughter, Janna (Dan) Pettus of Glen Carbon, IL; four grandchildren: Amira, Jax, Gia and Kai; Parents Milford and Nancy nee Horton Bunger of Ashton, IL; two brothers Michael (Cindy) Bunger of Oregon, IL and Mathew Bunger of Williamsville, IL: sister Teresa Bunger of Bartlett, IL; and numerous nieces and nephews. Memorial Service was held on Friday, October 18, at the Troy United Methodist Church, 407 Edwardsville Road, Troy IL. Memorials may be made to the Missouri Botanical Gardens, 4344 Shaw Blvd, St. Louis Mo.
