Options and pricing below are for Honolulu Ash Scatterings and Memorial Services at Sea. These optional services are available on our Neighbor Islands and other Oahu ports, but typically run 20-25% higher. We will give you an exact quote for Neighbor Island options when you are scheduling.

Florals - Eco Urns

We offer a number of unique and beautiful florals to our clients ranging from the pu'olu, our Hawaiian ti leaf eco-urn, to memorial sprays and wreaths, loose flower petals, and traditional floral leis.

Clergy Services

Families seeking assistance with closure, prayers, and blessings over the deceased, can request our clergy and pastor services which include Christian, Non-Denominational Ministers and Buddhist Priests. 


Often requested is our Hawaiian Service which included our Hawaiian Kahu (minister) conducting a traditional Hawaiian service in English, with prayers and chants in Hawaiian. Very moving, this service can be couple with our conch shell blower and Hawaii musician / vocalist to provide an authentic Hawaiian memorial service. 


Non-religious or Humanist Services are also available on all islands. Also referred to as a Celebration of Life Service they often include Hawaiian music, food, and drink.

Ambiance

A beautiful, final resting place at sea needs a few additions to make the journey complete. We do have a few recommendation that never fail to enhance a morning or evening sea service. 


Pictured to the right is our Hawaiian Conch Blower opening the service by blowing to the four cardinal directions. He will close the service by doing the same. 


Our Hawaiian musicians on ukulele or guitar, singing Island favorites as you cruise along the coast, are always a comforting addition and can be coupled with our beautiful Hula Dancers to create a beautiful send off.

Catering

Honolulu departures offer an array of catering and beverage options for parties of 2 - 100 guests.


Choose from set brunch, lunch, and dinner menus, or create your own with our charter coordinator's assistance. 


Maui and Kona departures also offer dinner menus and bar service. Other departures can include soft drinks and water.

Photography and Video

Available on all four islands, these professional services will capture the essence of your time at sea. 


Photography services include a photo CD or online download. Videography services include an edited DVD with Hawaiian music.

Memories of your loved ones' Memorial Service at Sea can be enhanced through the addition of service options. 


The release of our white doves, which mate for life and symbolize eternal love and peace, is a perfect addition to any of our Oahu charters. 


We also offer live monarch butterfly releases on Oahu and Maui charters. These beautiful creatures represent the Circle of Life. 


For those wishing to commemorate or pass on the memory of a loved one to a younger generation through a scrapbook or other memento, we offer Deluxe Memorial Certificates, printed and mailed to you complete with photos of your loved one. 


Our Online Living Legacy is included with all charters as a way to digitally share and preserve the life and memories of your loved one.

Transportation

On Oahu, we offer visiting families the option of round-trip limousine service to and from Waikiki Hotels and our harbors. This service is convenient for those without a rental car, too distraught to safely drive and find our harbor, or for scheduling a sunset cruise with bar service. Please call for our availability and a quote.

Revisit Charters

Many of you would like to revisit the "grave site" on the Pacific Ocean where your loved one's cremains were placed in the past.

Whether you utilized our service in the past (we’ve been in business for over 40 years) or not, we are ready to assist you with a Revisit Charter to your loved one’s burial site at sea. This is often scheduled when a birthday, anniversary, or a Hawaii vacation rolls around. We do this for friends and families whether or not they attended the original ash scattering service in Hawaii.  Bronze pricing applies to most revisits and usually includes complimentary petals to disperse while paying your respects to a loved one.

Aerial Ash Scatterings & Petal Releases

Aerial Ash Scatterings & Petal Releases

On Oahu only, we offer aerial releases and petal releases in combination with our charter vessels. Our MD500 helicopter is available for family (maximum of 500 pounds) to ride along for a South Shore release over the ocean or a Koolau Mountain release. Ideal for loved ones who have requested a release from a remote location in the Koolau Mountains of Oahu, are hesitant to go to sea with us, and for unattended releases. 


We are also available for a massive petal release downwind from our Honolulu charter vessel for a very dramatic effect at the time of your loved one’s sea burial.
